Matt is a trusted advisor on issues related to Executive, Staff, and Board of Directors’ compensation strategies in multiple industry sectors. He routinely directs staff in managing projects that include top management through staff position compensation and benefits using proxy analyses for NEOs in public companies; compiling executive compensation data; completing market pricing for staff positions; designing and developing surveys; researching compensation information; and presenting reports and recommendations to the Board of Directors and management on compensation strategies in various industry sectors. He is a frequent speaker at industry trade association meetings regarding compensation strategies for executive, mid-management, and staff positions within these organizations. Matt holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Indiana University and is a member of World at Work and the Society of Human Resource Managers.
