Paul is the Founder of TCS and has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of compensation consulting. Through affiliation with large human resources consulting firms, he developed a solid base of knowledge on compensation issues for the Board of Directors, Executives, and broad-based employee groups. Paul developed databases for the insurance, financial services, healthcare, cable and television broadcasting and new media industries. He also developed relationships with many for-profit and nonprofit organizations and is a long-standing, trusted advisor to these organizations. Prior to organizing TCS, Paul worked with actuarial, benefits, and compensation consulting firms as well as the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Treasury. He earned a B.A in Economics and a M.A. in Public/International Affairs from George Washington University and is a regular speaker at trade association conferences and management leadership seminars.
