Thomas is an expert in data analytics and provides support to TCS clients by completing data compilation and peer group research. Thomas works on multiple Board of Directors, Executive, and Staff compensation projects for not-for-profit and for-profit companies. He is a data research analyst on TCS’ Not-For-Profit Compensation Survey, Foundation Executive Compensation Report, and Lead Analyst on TCS’ Insurance Industry Compensation Survey (EPPI). Thomas earned a B.A. in Actuarial Science at SUNY – Binghamton.
