The survey provides timely, market-relevant compensation insights for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners across healthcare organizations. This survey was formerly referred to as the Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant by Specialty & CRNA Compensation Survey.
The survey reports the following information:
- Compensation data for over 100 positions broken apart by clinical specialty
- Compensation data from over 50 organizations
The survey looks at the following compensation elements:
- Base Salary
- Bonus payouts
- Total Cash Compensation (Base Salary plus Bonus)
The compensation data is reported as follows:
- Average, weighted average, 25th/ 50th/ 75th percentiles

- Gross revenue: Up to $2 Billion, $2 to $6 Billion, Over $6 Billion
