Total Compensation Solutions (TCS) is excited to open participation for the 2026 Advanced Practice Provider Compensation Survey.  The survey provides timely, market-relevant compensation insights for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners across healthcare organizations.  This survey was formerly referred to as the Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant by Specialty & CRNA Compensation Survey.

The survey reports the following information:

  • Compensation data for over 100 positions broken apart by clinical specialty
  • Compensation data from over 50 organizations

The survey looks at the following compensation elements:

  • Base Salary
  • Bonus payouts
  • Total Cash Compensation (Base Salary plus Bonus)

The compensation data is reported as follows:

  • Average, weighted average, 25th/ 50th/ 75th percentiles
  • Organization type: Hospital/Health System, University, All Organizations
